RECAP from 2025
The end of the year has a way of arriving before you're ready. The calendar fills. The demands compound. And somewhere in the blur of it all, the still small voice gets harder to hear.
This December, Kallah Culture invites you to Come Away With Me, a 48-hour Christian silent retreat in St. Johns, Florida, designed to help you close out the year the way it was meant to be closed: in stillness, in surrender, and in the presence of God.
Set along the quiet banks of the St. Johns River, this retreat offers more than a change of pace. It offers a change of atmosphere. Peaceful walking trails, garden spaces, riverfront views, a chapel for prayer, and beautifully renovated hotel-style accommodations create an environment where your soul can finally exhale.
What’s Included: Hotel-style accommodations, all meals and snacks, thoughtfully curated reflection materials, guided moments of silence, access to peaceful grounds and riverfront spaces, and a like-hearted community walking alongside you. Plus a few surprises to delight.

FAQs
-
Most retreats fill silence with programming. Kallah doesn't.
There's no stage, no speaker lineup, no agenda to move through. What you'll find instead is pure silence, held in spaces that are beautifully and intentionally crafted, because we believe beauty itself is a form of theology. The environment speaks when words cannot.
Kallah is built around one conviction: that an encounter with God doesn't need to be produced. It just needs room to happen. So we create that room, and we get out of the way.
That's the whole experience. Nothing more, because nothing more is needed. Learn more.

Yes, all our Come Away With Me events are open to both men and women. We provide separate lodging accommodations for men and women at each venue.
Married couples are highly encouraged to participate together, as sharing this experience can be a meaningful part of your spiritual journey. However, we ask that spouses stay in separate accommodations during the retreat. This intentional structure allows each person to have uninterrupted time with God, free from daily responsibilities, familiar roles, and distractions, creating space to rest, listen, and receive all that He has for them individually.
