  • No. All payments are non-refundable as stated in the payment terms and conditions. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.

  • If a payment fails, you’ll have 15 days to update your payment method and complete the transaction. After that, your registration will be canceled and forfeited.

  • Payments are divided into four equal installments (25%), due every month until the balance is paid in full.

  • Excursion selections are confirmed during registration. You may request a change by contacting our team at Events@KallahCulture.org, but adjustments are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

  • Your registration includes two off-site excursions and one in-house experiences. You’ll make your selections after registration through a form provided by our team. Additional in-house excursions are available upon request for a $125 fee.

  • Yes! Each guest in the couple will select their own “His” and “Hers” excursions (3 per person), ensuring both have a personalized experience.
